Berg Hospitality Announces New Concept Opening in Loews Arlington Hotel in 2024
Berg Hospitality is very excited to announce the opening of its second restaurant in the DFW area (B&B Butchers & Restaurant in Fort Worth opened in January 2018) in early 2024 in the Loews Arlington Hotel, the first-of-its-kind meetings and resort destination, situated between two iconic sports stadiums (AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field) and connected to the new Loews Arlington Convention Center, also opening in 2024.
As the hotel’s signature restaurant anchor, Soy Cowboy will be an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu will include a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque. Guests can also expect an innovative cocktail menu paired with an extensive wine and sake list.
The inspiration came from a famous street in Bangkok, Thailand called Soi Cowboy, which is known for its nightlife. We decided to make the name Soy Cowboy to play off soy sauce, which will be a key ingredient in the kitchen. Berg Hospitality CEO & Founder Benjamin Berg also loved incorporating Cowboy in the name because of Dallas Cowboys and the restaurant’s proximity to AT&T Stadium.
Soy Cowboy, like all Berg Hospitality restaurants, will focus on offering excellent food and service, a unique atmosphere and an unparalleled experience for guests. For more information and updates, visit www.soycowboy.com or call 713.804.3317.
