Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, Kim Stitham has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years with notable organizations like Ra Sushi. She started her career with Berg Hospitality in 2015 as a manager at B&B Butchers & Restaurant in Houston before being promoted in 2018. Kim’s vast experience at restaurants all over the country allowed for her to easily transition into her role as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent and take a lead role in assisting with new concept openings from the staffing and training side. Some of her focuses include determining and directing staffing needs and strategies to support productive and profitable operations, facilitating and providing guidance to management teams regarding human resource matters, overseeing all new store opening training and staffing, and all major programming duties for the POS and online ordering systems.
