As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Berg Hospitality, Arthur Mooradian brings more than 30 years of restaurant operations and management experience to his role. Known for instilling a strong focus on guest satisfaction and consistent profitability, Arthur’s strong leadership skills and strategic business development planning make him the perfect asset to assisting with Berg Hospitality’s continued growth.
Since the age of 23, Arthur has honed his skills working in management roles for reputable, luxury steakhouse brands across the U.S. Most notably, Arthur worked for Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group for 24 years, first as the General Manager of Sullivan’s Steakhouse and then as the General Manager of Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse. During his time there, he rose the ranks from Regional Director to VP of Operations, where he was responsible for business development, strategic planning, marketing, purchasing, customer services, and daily operations across 16 locations.
Before joining the Berg Hospitality team, most recently, Arthur worked for Gordon Ramsay North America as the VP of Operations overseeing several polished and fine dining concepts.
While growing up in Spain, Arthur developed his passion for hospitality at an early age working for his dad who was in the restaurant business. After moving to the U.S., Arthur received his bachelor’s degree in economics at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 1993.
In line with Berg Hospitality’s mission, Arthur strongly believes in giving back to our local community. Formerly on the board of the Galleria Chamber of Commerce and Owen Daniels Catch a Dream Foundation, he currently serves on the board of the Cleverley Stone Foundation alongside Berg Hospitality CEO & Founder, Benjamin Berg.
